Slang for a bar that illegally sell alcohol. The expression became popular during prohibition in the United States, but it is said it was originally stated as early as the end of the 19th century.
Easy talk place was like some finer establishments, while seats are not full so neat was called "blind pigs" or "blind Tigers".
