As a work of the United States Government, this glossary falls under the provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 403, which requires that works including all or part of this material in a copyrighted work contain a statement in their copyright that clearly identifies what portions of the work consist of a work of the U.S. Government. Failure to do so could result in loss of copyright protection for the entire work.
