nestohastički efekt
An effect that can be related directly to the radiation dose received. The effect is more severe with a higher dose. It typically has a threshold, below which the effect will not occur. It is sometimes called deterministic effect. For example, a skin burn from radiation is a non-stochastic effect that worsens as the radiation dose increases. See also stochastic effect.
