გულის სარქველი
გულის სარქველი ნორმალურად საშუალებას აძლევს სისხლს მიედინებოდნენ მასში მხოლოდ ერთი მიმართულებით. ძუძუმწოვრების გულში არის ოთხი სარქველი და ისინი განსაზღვრავენ მიმართულებას, რომლითაც სისხლი მიედინება გულში. გულის სარქველი იღება ან იხურეა დამოკიდებულებით განსხვავებულ წნევებზე მის თითოეულ მხარეს.
